Mostly canon TYLMukuro -- a few weeks out of prison -- but with differences:
He spends most of his time with Hibari Kyouya, so much so that it has lead to something of a relationship between them. He proposed one wintry December and was accepted and now the two are happily married (or as happily married as those two can be). They have adopted a child known as 'Kyo' (who is in fact a cuter, child version of Hibari), another fondly known as 'Mukucat', and have a child of their own thanks to Daemon Spade who freely gave Mukuro a uterus and ovaries for as long as they were needed. This child's name is Reika.

The world he is from is the future which the younger Tsuna has managed to change after his defeating Byakuran, so Mukuro knows about the Shimon, has the Vongola Gear, and was possessed by Spade at one point, briefly, which almost resulted in his wedding with Hibari being cancelled.
His world is a hectic one, rampant with anonymous figures who occasionally visit and have the power to affect its inhabitants. Which means that he has known vampirism, been a squirrel (a flaming one at that), become female on several occasions, and even had fandom crossovers with those such as Durarara! and Kuroshitsuji (during which he was Izaya and Sebastian respectively).
This Mukuro may appear somewhat kinder than his counterparts. That is because after ten years of observing the changes Tsuna has wrought upon the Mafia, he has come to have a respect for Tsuna and Tsuna alone out of all other mafiosi. However, being who he is, he sometimes becomes discontent with his new peaceful lifestyle, unused to it after the pain and suffering of his childhood and past lives. This has led him to continually dwell on how he might possess Tsuna's body, but never to act.
Other (known) relationships:
Gokudera -- while still somewhat shaky and filled with some distrust on Gokudera's part, the Storm Guardian nevertheless trusts Mukuro to at least complete his missions properly (the follow-up report, however, is another matter). Mukuro still likes to antagonise him on occasion but does not do so as much as he did when they were younger since the bomber has mellowed out.
Yamamoto -- Mukuro still views the Rain Guardian as idealistic and overly optimistic, but he's come to accept it much like he's accepted Tsuna's kind nature is infallible.
Fran -- his apprentice; someone whom has become one of his chief annoyances. Rather than acknowledge the boy might be as good as he is (or better), he criticises all he can about Fran's learning. Which has the opposite effect, really, but don't tell him that.
Chrome -- they treat each other as brother and sister. She's become more independent from him and he doesn't mind so much now that he has been freed. He does all he can to ensure her happiness now.

He can use Cloud flames thanks to some godly anon powers, but they are extremely weak and he almost never bothers using them except to help plants grow (and even then...not so much).
Apart from Mukurou, he also has a Cloud animal box weapon - a wolfdog he named 'Kiba' ('fang')who is the most adorable thing ever.
